We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email and/or SMS. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee of $35. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full visit fee.
Our services are currently available within a 30-mile radius of Portland, Seattle, Austin, and Denver city centers. Service area availability is subject to change.
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payment is due at the time of service unless you are on a subscription plan. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Subscription plans are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
While we employ science-backed methods and certified botanists, we cannot guarantee the survival or full recovery of any plant. Plant health outcomes depend on numerous factors including species, prior condition, environmental factors, and ongoing care adherence by the owner.
We provide a satisfaction guarantee on our services: if you are not satisfied with the quality of our visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will schedule a complimentary follow-up visit at no additional charge.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of plants, property damage, or emotional distress.
Our team takes every precaution to protect your home and belongings during visits. In the rare event of property damage directly caused by our staff, we carry liability insurance and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, care guides, and digital reports, is the property of bouncerelayblast.autos and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Portland, Oregon.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
